Here are some more creatures we have come across: (L-R) A bug that was crawling on me at Gyeong-Buk Gung; a butterfly in Chuncheon; a dragonfly in Chuncheon; a parrot at the university during the aforementioned festival; turtles at the same festival.

Here are some examples of food, as served at a restaurant, as sold at a grocery store, or as on display at a restaurant: (L-R) Big vats of beef bone soup, which are boiled for 24 hours before serving; Dak-Kalbi, made right in front of you at a restaurant, octopus all wrapped up; King Crab in the tank; squid swimming around; packaged minnows; neatly patterned rice cakes; Mak-guksu; another one of Chuncheon’s specialties (served cold, buckwheat noodles).
